Shringar Aarti 7:30 AM Decoration and adornment. The Lord is beautifully dressed for the day

Important Notes on Timings

Important: All timings listed on this page are for regular days. Timings can and do change during major festivals including Janmashtami, Holi, Ekadashi, Diwali and Govardhan Puja. During Janmashtami, Dwarkadhish Temple remains open throughout the night. Always verify current timings with your hotel reception, the temple trust office, or a local priest on the day of your visit. Monday timings are the same as other days at all Dwarka temples.

  • Janmashtami Temple open all night. Midnight abhishek is the main event. Arrive very early or the previous day.
  • Ekadashi Days Special extended programs at all temples, larger crowds and special prasadam distribution
  • Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Access depends entirely on low tide. Always check tide times before visiting. Closed effectively during monsoon
  • Bet Dwarka Ferry Ferry runs 6 AM to 7 PM on normal days. May be suspended during rough monsoon seas (June to September)
  • ISKCON Programs First program starts at 4:30 AM, the earliest of all Dwarka temples. Best for the early riser
